Originally a Victorian granary and cart store serving the main farmhouse, this charming property has been thoughtfully transformed into a stylish and comfortable retreat, perfect for up to four guests.
Located within a characterful old farmyard, the cottage offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern convenience. Inside, you’ll find a bright and contemporary interior, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher—everything you need for a home-cooked meal. A cosy log burner adds warmth and atmosphere during the cooler months.
The lounge offers ample comfortable seating for four, a television, and a wireless speaker—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds. High-speed dedicated Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Upstairs, the property features two bedrooms: one with a luxurious king-size pillow-top divan bed, and the other with two comfortable single divans. A modern family bathroom includes both a bath and shower, plus a heated towel rail.
Outside, enjoy a private enclosed patio with a table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding as the sun sets. From Louth, take the A16 towards Grimsby.
After approximately 4 miles turn right into Ings Lane, signed for Covenham & Yarburgh. Follow Ings Lane to the fork and turn left. Continue through Covenham St Mary and into Covenham St Bartholomew.
As you leave Covenham St Bartholomew turn right into Grange Lane. Covenham Holiday Cottages is located about 1/4 mile down Grange Lane on the right hand side.
