Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this two-bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillow-top divan bed and two single divan beds.

The cottage has its own dedicated high-speed WiFi, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and bath plus a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dining table, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. 

The cottage also benefits from the use of the swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use - Please contact to check if the pool is pen during your stay) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland that surrounds the cottage.

All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned prior to each holiday.

We are happy to accept well-behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking.

Private car parking is outside of the property which benefits from its own gated entrance.

A travel cot and one additional rollaway bed can be provided at an additional cost, please get in touch with us for more information before booking.
