Once a traditional hayloft, the property has been beautifully converted into a stylish retreat for up to four guests. The cottage features two inviting bedrooms: one with a luxurious king-size pillow-top divan bed and the other with two comfortable single divan beds. A modern bathroom includes both a rain shower and a bath, giving you the choice of a refreshing start to the day or a long soak in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, while the cosy lounge—with seating for four, a television, and a log burner—is perfect for relaxing together. Upstairs, a separate snug with a corner sofa, CD player, books, and board games offers a quiet space to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Outside, the private garden is furnished with a table and chairs for four—ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying a drink in the fresh Lincolnshire air. Guests also have access to a seasonal swimming pool, shared with other cottages but bookable by appointment for private use.
